Every new account can use the full app free for 7 days before paying anything. Please use the trial to decide whether the app suits you.
All payments for teacher plans and school licences are final. Once a payment is made, it is not refundable, in full or in part, including if you stop using the app before the plan ends. Your plan keeps working until its end date.
If you were charged twice for the same plan, or were charged but your plan did not start, tell us and we will check it and refund the extra or failed payment in full. Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank); your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Plans never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends on its end date unless you choose to pay again.

Free days given as trials, offers or invite rewards have no cash value.
