Vargshikshak Diary ("the app") is provided through englishresources.in, operated by Amol Ramrao Kamble, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). Contact: oscaramol051279@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
The app helps class teachers of Maharashtra State Board schools keep attendance, marks, student records, registers, progress cards and certificates. Generated documents are aids for the teacher; the teacher and school remain responsible for checking them before official use. Features may be improved, changed or removed over time.
You must give a true name, email and mobile number and keep your password private. One account is for one teacher. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
A school licence code may be used only by teachers of the school named when it was bought, up to the number of teachers stated. The person who bought it may share the code with that school's staff. Codes may not be sold or published. We may switch off a code that is misused; teachers who joined with it legitimately keep access until its end date.
Teachers who join through an invite link may receive extra free days, and the inviter may receive free days when that teacher first pays. Rewards are free app days only, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or ended for future invites. Fake accounts or self-referrals are not rewarded.
You enter student information on behalf of your school for school record-keeping. You confirm that you are allowed to do so under your school's and the Education Department's rules, that the information is accurate, and that you will not enter Aadhaar numbers, bank account numbers or other information the app does not ask for. You must not use the app for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to try to access other users' data.
Your class data belongs to you and your school. We use it only to provide the app, as described in the privacy policy. You can download a backup at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing oscaramol051279@gmail.com.
We work to keep the app available and your data safe, including daily backups for 7 days. However, the app is provided "as is", and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own backup of important records using the app's backup button.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you by email where reasonable.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Important changes will be shown in the app or sent by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Beed district, Maharashtra.
